it's a headshot. besides sunbreakers, why should anyone live through a headshot?

Why do sunbreakers get to be the only roaming super that can live through a sniper headshot?

This is not a standard MMO with a tank, healer, DPS class. If they are the "tank" class then they need their speed and DPS lowered. They can not have the best of everything and be balanced
