Just Curious....
say a newbie decides to play fallout 4, mind you this newbie isn't aware of any fallout lore (fer the lack of a better term)
would they need to be aware of any fallout lore to understand what this thing is?
or is bang, they can just hop in and enjoy the game as is?

They can hop on in, itll be harder getting used to the gameplay and feel more than anything. Fallout 4 seems to be the most story driven one since the old ones.
