It seems that these forums are a place for elitists who can play judge and jury to decide who is good and bad. I'm just curious as to what prerequisites you met that gave you the ability to determine the cut off points for skill. Why does x number of kills on halo make you a vet? Why does X number of this make you Y? And what gave you the authority to determine what X and Y are??
Pointless rant over.

Sometimes they make sense or I can understand, sometimes they don't. If Im free and want to help people out, I might go on LFG and say new timers welcome. if my time is limited I say have experience and completed it at least once, because I've had it too many times where one new guy is just so bad and won't learn.

Honestly my time is valuable. It's nothing personal when it comes to raid requirements. If I find 5 players with the same experience and level I have we can knock out hard kings fall in about an hour and a half. If I decide to be nice and invite anyone into the game, it's almost guaranteed to take twice as long. I'm not exaggerating. It's somewhat tricky to find a competent team for the raid.
