I bet they have a "Team Bonding" day every week where Luke Smith and only the other Team Leads leave work to go out to bowling or arcades and eat lunch at fancy places all on the company's dime. Reminds me of Target. Wouldn't be surprised if that were true.

It's good to have friends at work but the more I see interviews and read about Bungie's "culture" the more I see cliques.
