Adult FR, Thanos, Galactus (not starving), LT, Odin, BRB, Adam warlock, some versions of Dr strange, celestials, OF and RK Thor (normal Thor is a 50/50, depends what day they're fighting!), Phoenix force, Dr doom, hyperstorm to name a few.

I disagree. Thanos has a much greater intelligence, and as everyone knows, if he has prep time he wins vs most other marvel beings (though usually shown for PD, so prep time can be discounted here). He has an edge in strength and durability, but that edge is lost due to him being the lazy big purple that he is. His tech can also cause problems for SS. On most other abilities they are pretty much the same. That being said, his greater intelligence will be what gives him the win over surfer. Or, you know, his life curse from mistress death.
