While yes this was official nasa, just remember not to read the national geographic article, they reported wrong I've been hearing and that makes sense considering national geographic is owned by fox now. Ice is thickening at one part doesn't mean it's not melting at another. Notice how they didn't say "we were wrong about global warming". That's because you are taking a piece and justifying it to bend to your desired result. Edit: earth is part of a ecosystem.
