This post it just ridiculous. Way over dramatic, to speculative and leaves no room for debate, written as 100% fact when it's actually just an opinion is not the way to do it. Furthermore comparing said business practices to such a sickening act is tasteless and insensitive.

Tasteless? Yes, just like Bungie/Activison current business model.
-
Not when the behavior is so strikingly similar.
-
That's just it, it isn't similar an any way just because it's the way you feel doesn't mean it's the way it is. I've played this game since beta and I've never felt screwed over or abused by bungie or Activision. I have a lot of fun in this game, although it's got some problems I agree. My point is the problems I have with this game are personal problems and I've got friends that's don't see them as problems like I do and vice versa they see things as problems that I don't. It's all subjective.

I think the big thing op is talking about is that they throw micro transactions in the game and their excuse is oh it's for future free dlc and then they go on saying they'll still charge for dlc. They straight up lied. Bet the "free" shit we get is an emote or 2...which as of right now you have to PAY for that XD
-
Bungie NEVER said DLC would be free....just because the reading comprehension of a bunch of kids is below par doesn't make it Bungie's fault....but it's a lot funner to spread misinformation and hysteria isn't it...
-
I didn't know I could get this far in med school with the reading comprehension of a child. Hmm
-
They didn't lie they said these microtransactions were supposed to fund the live team working on world events and features not full expansion packs. They also said it's funding this year of dlc not indefinitely so they could easily go back to big expansions dlc next year.
-
I heard it was funding dlc not live events. I don't think people would be happy to hear that iron banner can happen more now because of micro transactions. How does that even cost money to run? It's just crucible
-
Nobody knows what the content fully consists of but I'm thinking there new events, large quest lines, story missions and public events. From what I understand instead of big expansions that are far apart it's a steady stream of content through out the year so that there isn't dry spells between content like it was between TDB and HOW.

Some people actually have problems playing destiny. I was one of them although not to a terrible degree. I only play every so often now but this game can be addictive sometimes and for the wrong reasons
