Edited by jonathanpride: 11/3/2015 11:33:04 PMHow many times did your alcoholic mother drop you on your head as a baby?
Hirshberg reiterated that Destiny players, on average, spend around three hours per day in the game.
That's all he said and you took as there are 25 million people that play destiny at one time. That's double the amount of people that do play the most successful mmorpg ever. World of Warcraft. You sir are a moron.

It's literally the title of the article.

This is literally the title: Destiny Microtransactions and Expansions Can Co-Exist, Activision Says http://www.gamespot.com/articles/destiny-microtransactions-and-expansions-can-co-ex/1100-6431944/

Edited by jonathanpride: 11/3/2015 11:57:11 PMDidn't know that one existed because op didn't post a link to it so not so embarrassing. Still you was dropped on your head as a child if you believe that.
-
Well you poked your head into a conversation, made assumption, spoke in absolutisms, tried to refute facts, and said I must have been dropped on my head, all while having no idea what the -blam!- you were talking about. You should be embarrassed. You thought you were being wise and got hit in the face with an objective refutation. Tell me again which one of us was dropped on their head.
-
I'm pretty sure you was seeing how you still believe there are 25 million people who play this game regularly. Show me some stats where it shows 25 million user's playing 3 hours a day. I'll wait.

Edited by Stives09: 11/4/2015 12:43:02 AMLiterally pasted a link to the article. You can refute the validity of the source, that's a viable point of debate. However, you're asking for something I gave you. My source is directly in front of your face. It's like the first response I made to you. I know you're proud of that GED, but take it down a notch this is getting sad.
-
That's not statistics. That's just an article where Bungie is claiming it has 25 million active users. Without proof it's meaningless but you can believe what you want.
-
Holy shit you're a huge troll, and a dumb one at that. Show me statistics proving that it's NOT true. Of course I can't produce statistics, just as you won't be able to. We don't have access to that data. Of course we don't. Why would we? The entire conversation is that I cited the article and you butted your head in uninformed. There's the source. It's right there. That's the end of the discussion. Prove that gamesradar is wrong, go ahead. I don't care either way, because this is all a major tangent off of the original discussion all caused by you just having no idea what the -blam!- you're talking about and arguing like you do: that, and you won't be able to anyway. By the way, it doesn't matter if the numbers are accurate or not, even though you can't prove that they are not, and a journalistic publication stated them. The entire context is that this guy says destiny is going to die. Even if the numbers were inflated, the point stands that activision is certainly not forgetting about destiny. Seriously are you having a stroke? Should somebody call 911 for you?
-
911 was an inside job. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
-
Oh you're honestly just trolling. Guess I bit on that bait. Sad thing is people really are that dumb and it was believable.
25million players spending on average 3 hours a day in game. Don't let the facts get in the way.
So much wrong with your statement. You believed the "free DLC" story too? The Truth: 1) There have been 25 million REGESTERED users. Meaning that many people created an account. There are NO ACTUAL ACTIVE player numbers available. WHY? Because Bunglevi$ion has NEVER released ACTIVE player numbers... not even to their own shareholders. 2). The"3 hour average daily play time" is likely correct. However without an accurate ACTIVE player count to match with that claim it is a pretty useless statistic.
-
That's not the way it's reported by gamesradar. it is also reported that its the most watched game on twitch. Sooo either you're wrong or a journalistic publication is wrong (although look at kotaku, that certainly does happen), but in the end it doesn't matter. People will play other games. Then they will play destiny again after completing those games (I'll be happy with fallout if I get 100 hours out of it). Destiny isn't hurting, despite your appearantly strong desires that it do so.
