Clearly the droids are becoming complacent and lazy, choosing only to do trivial tasks such as sweeping the same area constantly. If these incompetant robots cannot be trusted with the upkeep on the tower then I would like to nominate myself as caretaker, secret keeper and general do gooder. I could quickly scale this wall and replace the bulb, although I cannot promise that I will not look over said wall, but I can promise that under terms of contract that I will keep secret any secrets that may be behind the one light working two-light-wall.
