Gimme more about Eris Morn. Do you think Eris is Taox? I feel like we're going to be seeing her at some point?
2nd, In the book of sorrows it talks about a species that lived on the moons above the planet where the hive came from. This was the first species the traveler helped and that fought the hive. Is this the fallen (eliksni)?

I don't think Eris is Taox, but Taox may certainly be alive. She used cryogenic hibernation to survive from the Fundament to the Ecumene Empire. She could still be out there. No, those are Ammonites. They're a cephalopod species with six arms. Think octopus-like
