Sounds like you need to prioritize whatever you feel is most important in your life, then make action items to actually act on said important things.
For example: you want to have a job after you're done school, so the action item would be to make time to study and get help for your classes.
Another example: you want to get a TV so you can game, so the action item maybe to look for a job that works around your schedule, OR talk to your Dad about him buying you a TV, in exchange you help him out with tasks that he needs done.
Honestly, time management is one of the most important things to learn, followed by breaking what you want to have in life down into action items, so you are slowly working towards your goals everyday.

You're right, only problem is i leave the house at 7am and come back at around 7 pm, at this time there's probably no jobs that i can take and in addition to that i return home extremely exhausted
