Ive been trying to get help from bungie since ttk release. While I qualify for the veterans Tour/vip rewards, I haven't been able to access either. I've posted on another thread where a bungie employee asked for those with this issue to leave a comment but still no help. Bungie, please help me out, I've been trying to contact you for WEEKS. I would really like to resolve this and get the VIP items, I can provide any proof of purchase (to prove I qualify) if you need it, I just really want my items :/ I check with zavalva on all my characters and checked abandoned quests, but nothing. Please advise on how I can resolve this. EDIT: just to clarify, I did not delete these items. I was never able to access them in the first place.
