Is Variks gonna try and take over the Fallen as Kell of Kells? He seems like he might due to in-game dialogue.

Variks could very well become the Kell of Kells. He wants peace and a return to the Eliksni ways of old, hence the Prison of Elders

If he does I have a feeling we're in for a Fallen Alliance, they seem the most likely to team up with us against a greater threat. Think Elites in Halo 2. This is Bungie lol, a lot of ideas from Halo transitioned in one way or another.
