I got some really nice rare weapons and armor in my vault.

But wait... What about the perks? I mean, legendary gear obviously has more, and better perks than rares.
Maybe they could be re-rolled with legendary perks?

I like the idea that it keeps the same perks and stats, yet it will give you 1 random perk on top of it.
