Comparing a game with what? 7 prior? To a fresh start? Of course Destiny is totally a letdown because it's going to be a series. You should compare it to Halo 1. Aside from graphics and everything that has advanced. But it's "story" (if Destiny can be said to have 1). Especially because it took a much bigger hit in its pregnancy from a good chunk of staff bailing. I believe Destiny was a good game. Not great but damn good. But the archetype. This infusion of many different game styles from Halo, CoD, Borderlands, and other huge franchises will lead to things that are greater than we can possibly imagine. Bungie is not going to leave Destiny behind. This may well turn into one of the main powerhouse line of games in the future
