Charlie awoke from a particularly terrifying nightmare in a cold sweat. His ghost Shifter was buzzing around his head scanning him. "What's wrong?! Your neural impulses are REALLY weird!" Shifter asked panicking. "I'm fine, just had a nightmare, you need to chill man." Charlie responded still chilled by the nightmare. "What scared you so bad?" Shifter asked. "The cryptarch had exotic engrams that became uncommon, Eris morn's eyes... And worst of all, the Cayde... Reading... a [i]book[/i]. It was bizarre." Charlie recounted shivering. "Wuss." Shifter mocked. "Ughh, I'm just gonna go eat." Charlie huffed. Charlie left his bedroom to see... Eris morn eating donuts, the cryptarch reading a book, and an engram talking to atheon. Stunned he plopped down on the couch as he recalled that today was the festival of the lost, and that Eris was just Gears... He cryptarch was Violet, the exotic engram was Grey, and Atheon was Jake. "So who's ready to kill people for candy?" The engram also known as Grey asked. "Let's get going," Atheon responded. _______________________________________________ An hour later the five friends, with Charlie now wearing a Skolas mask, emerged from the crucible with all sorts of goodies. Jake had collected 3 bags full of candy, Grey had collected 2, Charlie had collected 4, Gears had collected 3, and Violet came out in the lead with 5 bags full. At the end of the festival a total of 23 bags of candy were filled by the 5. Gears had one last person to talk to before he could rejoin his friends at the home. Walking into an ally he knocked on a door. Footsteps sounded as someone answered the door... The speaker came out and greater Gears. "How can I help you?" The speaker asked. "I'm looking for directions to... Psst psst psst." Gears whispered the last part. "Take a left and then a right, go down the hallway and take the stairs. First door on the right." The Speaker responded. Gears followed the directions and knocked on the door. A blue warlock Exo with white eyes answered the door. Gears stuttered as he asked the Exo a question. "Will y-you join m-me on a s-strike Garnet-32?" he asked the [b]female[/b] Exo. "Sure," the Garnet said, "but please, just call me Garnet." "Sure thing, Garnet." He said.
