Okay so I was playing the regicide mission, and right before the battle with Oryx I noticed three statues. I scanned the first two.
The one on the left was Crota, the one in the middle was Oryx, but what was really interesting was the one on the right....I scanned it and ghost said this exactly
"The markings sudgest this is a hive god. But I dont recognize the symbol. Nothing in the world`s grave file either....the names...nokris."
Nokris....who is nokris?
So if the one on the left is Crota, Oryx`s son. Then could the one on the right be Oryx`s daughter/other son that we have yet to know of. This is almost as interesting as Kabr and preyadeth.
What are you playing at bungie?

Edited by Cleat: 11/4/2015 5:01:46 AMI would guess that it is Crota's sibling, BC his mate was Omnigul. But there is no info about Nokris in the grimoire. No mentions of that name in the Book of Sorrows either. Only info is from the ingame scan. I imagine Bungie left this story open so that after Oryx falls to the Guardians (and his worm), another Hive God will ascend. In the Book of Sorrows, Oryx arranged the Ascension ranks to feed all the worms but it also allowed a true Hive God to ascend if it was worthy. We certainly aren't done fighting the Hive/worms in future Destiny lore.

-
I think Nokris the Warpriest's name. The statues in that mission are in the Warpriest's room in King's Fall.
-
Nokris sounds feminine, I'm guessing orxy's "mate"

If they really make the next raid boss related to Crota.... This game will turn Ebola well more Ebola than it already is
-
Oryx has twin daughters
-
Could be a brother of crota. Couldn't be anything greater.
-
Possibly Oryx's father, I don't think they mention him by name in the Book of Sorrows.
