Disclaimer: This is just for the record, there's probably been copious amounts of discussion relevant to this topic in the time since the podcast actually aired. However, because there is no readily produced search result for such a discussion or documentation, this is going down like a sweet muffin.
Go ahead and flip to 41:45, You'll hear a quote from Ryan Ellis in reference to Urk's quip about the relative timelapse during the podcast:
EO: We talked to Sam Jones before you which was just a minute ago, just five minutes ago for anyone that's listening- about three weeks ago for Ryan Ellis.

RE: Ah, I thought I smelled The Queen in here.

JS: That's Deej.

DD: (chuckles majestically)
There you have it, before your very eyes!
We've heard and seen mention of The Queen before in the Pathways Out of Darkness Vidoc.
And some have duly hypothesized The Queen might have some connection to time travel, given the reference to "The Shores of Time" which is possibly a mission title (possibly location as well) taking place on Venus (thus possibly connecting this all to the Vex- the apparent "time traveling robots"). Possibly.
Now we have this tidbit, although it does seem to indicate a more classical approach to time travel and not the version so beloved in popular culture. This suggests the Vex could have arrived from the ancient past and won't be concerning themselves with grandfather paradoxes after all.
Or maybe it is just a concession to one of the various powers The Queen possesses insight into; the ability to compress time and create a pocket of space capable of experiencing a much longer time period at a much 'faster' relative pace than that of the space outside.
