You can't compare a video game to a kid's show because a video game is generally balanced in some way for gameplay and they don't use the same foundational logic for power. A story for kids doesn't need to make sense or use any form of logic, so it can be as ridiculously over the top as it wants to be as long as it entertains the kids. However, let me list s couple ways that Goku would lose anyway, because these game mechanics don't need to be balanced for good gameplay.
Oracles decide Goku doesn't exist. Vex win.
Gorgons decide Goku doesn't exist. Vex win.
Oryx takes Goku. Oryx wins.
