Green. People don't know the meaning behind the colors. There are red blue and green sabers. Red is for sith, green focuses arcane (force) abilities, and blue focuses physical strength
Edit- other colors such as purple or yellow aren't real. The prequels are irrelevant

Aren't those meanings from the now non-canon books?

Isn't it to do with the availability of certain crystals in each of the Jedi and sith territory? Jedi had a larger access to the different coloured crystals, whereas the sith had access to the crystals that gave the red colour?
