Hey Bungie start listening to your CUSTOMERS and what they want

Just wanted to express myself as I feel many have similar concerns. So much has been already posted about the broken loot system for Kings fall that you'd expect some sort of response from Bungie - but no. Makes me believe that Bungie wants us to keep grinding till the next DLC comes out. Just as an example of it - I have completed Kings fall 12 times (9 normal, 3 hard - the last 3 hard ones included normal drops as I did it on hard directly) and no helmet drops. Even if I assume I get one (normal helmet) on my 13th completion, the drop rate would be 1/13 or 0.07%..amazing drop rate. I'm not asking for guaranteed 320 drops from hard but at least tweak the drop so we get something dropped on hard mode at least 1 light above our current LL. This way we are ensured that our characters are progressing even if slowly. Right now I only play the hard mode having two characters at 312 and 311 and after that I'm pretty much done for the week. Strikes and other activities drop gear that is useless when you cross 310. Legendary marks - good to have but where do I use them? My current use for them is during infusion. Nothing much left to buy from vendors. Three of coins - Exotics drop at 310. So basically I'm just getting an exotic shard out of them Nightfalls - Grants gear and items over 300 now (slim chance though). Useful if you get something that bumps your light level up but nothing so above 310 or so. In year 1 we had few issues about OP guns and raid drops. But in year 2 the grind is frustrating because - 1> You may get something to drop from the raid 2> If you are lucky and RNG blesses you, you have a chance to progress on your light level. We play a game to relax and loosen up from the stress and tensions of our real lives and we dedicate our time and money towards them to get satisfaction. Coming into year 2 Bungie is forcing us to play Destiny the way they want. Unnecessary nerfs to entire class of weapons (hand cannons are almost completely useless in PvE). Reduction in burn damage dealt by players (x2) whereas enemy continues to deal 3x damage. Most of Bungie's decisions involve to artificially increase the amount of time people play the game - very effective to please share holders This game is turning into more of frustration and anger due to the people not getting any worth rewards for completion of end game activities. There have been so many good suggestions about improving the rewards and drops across the forums and not surprisingly Bungie has chosen not to comment or acknowledge any of them. I hope Bungie starts listening to some of these very common problems being raised by the community consistently.
