When moving from the PlayStation 3 to the PlayStation 4, here's what you need to know: • If you purchased the base game of Destiny, digitally, prior to January 15, 2015, you're eligible for the Digital Upgrade Program, meaning you can transfer your digital copy of Destiny from your PS3 to your PS4 for free. • If you did not purchase the based game of Destiny, digitally, prior to January 15, 2015, or you purchased the physical copy of Destiny, you will need to re-purchase the base game for the PS4. • While there are stipulations for moving the base game of Destiny over to the PS3, from the PS4, there are no stipulations for the Expansion Pass, i.e. the House of Wolves and the Dark Below.
