Legacy Engrams don't work
After buying three legacy special engrams, I thought for sure that I would obtain the last year one exotic that I need (Pocket Infinity). With Bungie posting that legacy engrams are extremely biased towards the year one exotic that you need, I was certain that I would get it out my three engrams. This however was not the case. I decoded all three to only get Prison Of Elder exotics. I just want to know whether this was a glitch or RNG being really bad.
EDIT: I found a video where a guy buys three to get forth horseman and he also ends up with three Poe weapons.

4 RepliesPocket infinity is exotic bounty. You have to get the bounty and complete it to get the weapon. Xur never sold the exotic bounty weapons.
