This is my proposal to fix the complete randomness of loot drops in the raid. Use a fixed progression for loot drops. This is just an example, it translates into whatever level your character is. Normal mode caps at 310 drops and hard mode at 320. If my Hunter is 314 every drop from hard mode i get should be 314 or above. That way the ability to make consistent progress while still leaning on rng is available. You still need to put in the work but it keeps you from the mind numbing grind to get gear that is lower than what you already have. So let's say my current helmet is 314 but my level is 315. If I get another helmet to drop it should be at a minimum of 315 rather than getting one to drop at 310-314 which doesn't help level up at all. Just food for thought.
