I was lucky enough to have it drop via RNG.. Don't use it much, IMO it is not the best.(not fully upgraded, still 290) Then again I can't put down Hung Jury. Is it really that good?

I earned my Zhalo! Sorry I just had to say that. I don't mind if Xur sells the best weapons. I think the more people have the best weapons the better the game will be for everyone. If you don't have this gun [u]buy it![/u]

So you're talking about the people who earned the strange coins to buy it from xur? Since that's more "earning" than getting lucky with rng, even though strange coins are largely rng now too. At least you could still reliably earn coins from prison of elders if you want guaranteed strange coins. That being said, I have not gotten it to drop, but I also won't be buying it from xur since it's not useful at 280 and I don't feel like having to infuse it up. So I'll be just waiting for it to drop for me.

Since they removed Weekly Heroic strikes that guaranteed 9 strange coins per character, it's become (slightly) more difficult to hoard those strange coins. So I put forth that, anyone who purchased their Supercell from Xur 'earned' it more so than anyone who got it from an engram. How's that grab ya?

I did... I had to grind for strange coins.... Some douche in my clan had it drop in the NF.... I was like "Git Gud Brah..." I mean really... All these losers with thier 3 of coins exotics. Where's the ban hammer?
