This is all I have on input of the matter.
First off, I want to say I hold no opposition or favor towards either festival, although I'd probably prefer a Christmas one. With that being said, I feel like the Christmas festival is something more are accustomed to. Christmas has been something families celebrate regardless of religion. Ramadan is more of a minority (not in that sense lol) celebration so it's not as common as anything Christmas.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
