Bungie, could you please clarify that the blue skull mask is or isn't silver exclusive?
I've seen multiple answers saying yes you can and no you can't so could you please clarify if the blue skull mask only available from the legendary packs tess sells or can it drop from a rare (blue) package?

1 ReplyMy wife just logged on and picked up her free bag for the festival and she opened it and got atheon and the skull mask so no, you don't have to spend silver on the mask.
