Festival of the Lost is not explicitly Halloween. Rather, it feels like more of a combination of Halloween and Day of the Dead.
For the holiday season, they should come up with some combination of all the holidays that resemble each other in some way. That way, fewer people get offended. (I say "fewer" since there are always people offended by something somehow. We don't care about those people.)
