For collectors, ya know the players that like to get every gear set or weapons, this is tragic because they will see these mask, some they really like, and have to spend money on a random chance to get it.
Luckily I got mine on my free package so I still don't have to spend my free 400 silver on a broken casino.

Again, you don't have to spend money to get it. So for the people complaining that they spent money on this event and didn't get what they wanted, it's their fault and not on Bungie. It's a chance and they knee that going in when they spent the money.

You have to spend money to [i]keep[/i] them. Ya know for paper glue. If a collector is willing to get all 17 masks + the limited time only emotes he has to pay ~$30 worth of silver.
