READ BEFORE VOTING! So from these options assume that the price is set such that bungie's income remains constant (for example if last year they used a subscription model instead the monthly price would have been $3.33). I'm interested in people's opinions in the community as a whole so please vote! Feel free to voice your thoughts on this below! Maybe bungie will take note? Not that it'd change much.
Edit: looks like year 1 has established its popularity over the other options, freemium is about three times as popular as the subscription.
My Opinion:
I'd prefer year 1 model or subscription model. I'm a little old school I like to have all my content available to me. I feel that with the current model if you are a player who wants to collect everything (masks for example) you end up paying much more than if you could earn the masks in game and just pay for each drop or monthly. I used to play wow several years back and I was fine with the price as the game had massive amounts of content drops: events, new raids, dungeons, weekly events, monthly events, tons of items to chase after with in game currency. Now if bungie can get the content flow at an increased price, I would be preferential towards subscription. I disagree with the current model but I enjoy the game too much and see so much potential for this game in the years to come that I'll endure the changes.

Seems as of now year 1 method of content drops seems to be preferred choice

I was happy with the year 1 model... gave me just enough time to do everything I wanted before the next DLC drop. The current time locked stuff and microtransactions is honestly just aggravating. As for the subscription... that could work but I don't see a lot of people wanting to do that.
