Where to get the Cipher Weapons from?
Now I've been wondering how and where do you get one of the Elder's Cipher weapons for quite a while, like, say, the Lord of Wolves for instance, as there's no such thing as the Cipher Bounty anymore. Does anyone know?

4 RepliesThey now have a chance to be rewarded from the large Queen's Chest in the PoE treasure room (requires a Treasure Key to open).

The queens chest random drop, I'm not sure on legacy engrams but they might as only the vex mythoclast and necrocasm were not included as drops from them
