The problem with Ramadan festival, and the person who posted it, is that the OP of that one did so just to create controversy, and drama. Because if he (or anyone for that matter) knew anything, they would know that it would be a sin for those of the Muslim faith to celebrate Ramadan in such a manner. In reality, the biggest people to be offended about a Ramadan festival, should actually in fact be Muslims.
It's cute how people want to rush in and be the PC hero, without actually knowing that it would be a huge insult to them, to have this in the game.
Also remember that most of the people making terrorist jokes are probably kids whose parents never taught them respect. So that is where most of the people have the issues.
Furthermore, most people want to have a holiday themed festival, and yes because Christmas is the more commercialized holiday, and very largely practiced, when games have events like this, it is usually Christmas themed, without actually being Christmas.
Bottom line? Everybody needs to unbunch their panties, and stop looking for things that offend them.

Well said. Also worthy of note that many of the trappings of Christmas (as well as many other nominally "Christian" holidays) come from earlier pagan traditional celebrations. What that tells me is that people want to celebrate and if we don't have a reason to, we will make one up. So why dance around that? Embrace it!

I just hate when people want to be crusaders for PC, without knowing what their fighting for. They talk about culture tolerance, but at the same ti.e don't understand the other culture.

that sounds like most actors in Hollywood. lol

Lol right?

I feel your pain brother

The hillirious thing so many have also failed to point out is that, Christmas is largely practiced by many faiths, including Atheists. The religious undertones of Xmas are largely overshadowed by things like Santa and Frosty, and of of course the commercialism of it to the point where it's barely even considered a religious holiday. Ramadan, is a very strict time of year for devout Muslims, and is far from being a holiday for all of any faith to partake in the festivities and enjoy. It's closer to Lent, than it is to Xmas.

I know right

One day, one day I swear people will open a book.

No they won't, otherwise you wouldn't see comments about how Muslims are told to kill all infidels and things of that nature that redneck media has shoved down western society's throat to create support for the war
