This is bungie's bull shit way of slowing down people getting to max light level but what bungie has failed to see (since day one) is when they do shit like this it turns people off from wanting to raid. I've done normal every week since it came out on both my hunter and Titan and my Titan is only 304. I have only ever gotten the boots, the sniper (my 1000 yard stair was higher) and the heavy machine gun. Otherwise, shards and more shards or nothing. Not even shards. And that is completely frustrating when your entire raid team gets something (armor or shards) and you don't a thing. It's honestly turned me off from raiding in this game. And now if you don't do normal before hard you might not get any up graded gear from the bosses or chests, just shards. That, is some BS and who ever thought of that needs to be shit canned from the gaming community completely because they are an idiot.
I get the RNG system, I play a lot of Diablo 3 (and the first two) so RNG is nothing new to me but when you tweek the RNG to not drop gear or weapons just so you can make your players come back, you as a company have failed. I bought the taken King because I thought they were going to turn things around with all the changes they made but the major problem in the game has and always will be the RNG system they have and until that is fixed this game will die out long before their ten year plan comes close to being finished.
Sorry for the long post but I hope more people sign this and bump it because bungie needs to see they are losing players and fast!
