I've only ever kicked one kid.
The reason: Randomly joined on us in Vault of Glass, had no problem with that. Continued to ask us silly questions, had no problem with that.
Now, I run a clan that helps people- so I'm trying to explain the Gorgons at this point. The kid keeps talking over me- SCREAMING OVER ME, about how VOG is garbage and he has a Crota CP. While he's doing this he keeps running ahead and getting caught, causing us to wipe.
I asked him to stop, a multitude of times so I could talk to my team. He continued, at this point I had at least one message from everyone in the group to kick him. So I warned him one last time and he began throwing a tantrum. So he was gone.
I get that not every kid is like this, BUT- every kid I come across is EXACTLY like this. It's not about the voice for me, it's about the maturity level. If I have to fight with you to do something simple like hang back, or follow me instead of taking a completely different path and you obviously don't know what you're doing, then that is ridiculous.
I'm a bit older than most on these forums by the looks of it. When I run into somebody I know is going to annoy me, I just quietly back out and send messages to everyone or tell everyone I'll be back later.
