This loot system is total BS and I'm sick of wasting my time every damn week running the raid 3 times for nothing but moldering shards or nothing at all. If it wasn't for 310 exotics dropping for me then I wouldn't even be level 300 because when I do get a drop from the raid it is always 300-303. I've had to infuse 310 exotics into all my gear in order to hit 307 on each character. I'm stuck with 300 boots on all characters because I can't get any to drop in raid and the exotic boots for Taken King are obviously locked out of the loot drop system.

Now I constantly get stuff with 300 light (scout rifle, fusion rifle, LMG, boots so far). Did my first run on hard mode 2 days ago. Took us 8h to proceed to the witches and I got 303 normal boots, a 305 normal shotgun and a (bless RNG) 310 hard mode rocket launcher. Wow. I guess striking 8h for exotic engrams would have been more rewarding. I'm actually wondering, if I'm willing to continue the ordeal and attempt to finish hard mode or if I will try it at all next week. Lots of my friends got nothing from the witches or Oryx, so my enthusiasm is very low. Guess I will do war priest and Golgoroth and forget about the rest. It's a waste of time IMO.
