I've just completed 3X hard runs, the Hunter had not one drop until the exotic chest and then Oryx. Warlock was only an Oryx drop, titan was only totems. I agree that the drops are too infrequent and honestly with the need for 311 light I, the final engagement, it's keeping a lot if my fellow guardians from keeping up. I know I'm not the only one sacrificing exotic armor to reach the light level needed.
