He can destroy the universe. That's all matter known to be. He can destroy everything. So much everything human minds can't even contemplate how much mass there is. But ya a spooky monster with a zombie army that can get killed with bullets would beat him in a fight. The vex can control time but with no universe there is just a void. No space=no time

Goku will destroy as many as he can until the Vex start worshipping him like they did with the black heart. Fallen will easily accept him as Kell of kells the hives dreadnaught and moon would be destroyed, most likely by humans like master roshi. Then the cabals emperor will be killed and goku will take his place. Goku will become Goku the taken king
