As bad as Crota's End was, it probably had the best loot system so far. Why can't we have that rng?

I would say Crota was too lenient. A mix between Crota and Vault of Glass would be perfect.

Yeah I like the idea of the moldering shards, but the shards should guarantee an actual reward instead of more shards
