Three developers? Name them. It went straight from reach at Bungie to half the staff of bungie leaving and forming 343 for Halo 4. So a lot of the team are the same from the halo 2/3 days. They did let someone else make the turn based top down game.

I think he is referring to halo wars. I think they have a second one coming out sometime in 2016
