People shouldn't be jerks, but IMO the easiest solution is Bungie implementing decent matchmaking. If people want to play with other adults only, there's nothing wrong with that, but there's also no excuse for being a jerk to someone over age.

People lie about their age online all the time not to mention a lot of little kids playing accounts made by their parents.

Truth, but once someone lies about their age to get matchmade with people who went out of their way to avoid playing with kids... They kind of get what they deserve if they're kicked. Don't be a jerk goes both ways.
