I agree that NOTHING should not be a chance on the table.
Ran HM last night and at the Warpriest and Golg, 4 people got 2 shards for normal loot and nothing for Hard loot.
What the hell kind of incentive is that to keep running?
I personally would even taken another Fusion rifle, for the 15th time, for infusion fodder.
