They really should be considering the new players (I'm not saying new players should raid right away lol) and players who haven't done the raid either. Personally Even after hitting 295 plus I have no interest in raiding (normal mod of course), because I don't want to waste my time for 1-4 hours and end up with nothing. Too many horror stories here on the forums.
