I won't post it, because you never know what good player or interesting person would have been in your group if it wasn't for it. However if there's a kid in the fireteam getting annoying, acting like you'd expect from their age group, then they're going to get kicked. It has nothing to do with a superiority complex, it's more to do with work being stressful enough and I don't need another headache in my down time as well, otherwise I might as well just go postal.
