No. But I'm not surprised why she's like this now that she has access to infinite knowledge. Look at her in Halo CE, when she enters the control room, she loses all focus on the mission, and only focuses on the wealth of knowledge. She even gets sassy with the Chief.
Fun-fact: In Halo CE's original script, this was the part where Cortana turns into the villain of the story.

I personally believe she saw what the Forerunners did and wanted to do the same. Force peace on all species galaxy wide. And if you resist her galactic dictatorship... Bye bye. There are now more unanswered questions than answers.
