"The True Meaning Of War" Bug
I just started the weekly Crucible quest from Shaxx this week, and eventhough I haven't finished a single bounty yet, "The True Meaning Of War" shows 2 out of 5 bounties completed. I experienced a similar phenomenon last week, when my weekly bounty was done after just 3 "sub-bounties".
Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

Mine last week was like this immediately after unlocking them. Then again this week after the reset. I hadn't completed any both times and I was 60% done. Its nice as i only have to do 2, but it doesn't seem fair.
