Personally I think he isn't due to nicks body being on top of his so that's who they are actually eating.
Now my next point is remember when michone first arrived at the prison covered in guts which didn't attract zombies? Glen is now covered in that.

2 RepliesI don't want him to be dead but most likely he is. I will do f_cking jumping Jacks if he's alive. Maggie will snap for good if she loses glenn. I would rather see Morgan or even rick get killed. Daryl and Carol for life.
