Great idea, but the PPK was a pansy ass 380acp. I'd like to see a 1911 sidearm. 45acp all day long. Great idea, anyhow.

switch the unorthodox spy perk to be while squatting you gain invisibility after a kill and do x1.5 damage while behind the enemy

I like the idea but, with your stats, it makes more sense as a hand cannon with only 7 rounds. Keep 7 rounds, lower ROF, increase impact and make as a hand cannon. Or keep it how it is as a sidearm and increase mag size to 14 (double 7 to keep with theme).

I would say 50 body shot damage is FAR TOO MUCH for a sidearm. Consider the fact that several pulse rifles do 32 damage PER bullet per HEADSHOT. I honestly thing headshot damage should be ~25-30 considering its high rate of fire; maybe increase the stability or add a stability perk because Sidearms are about landing accurate shots in cqb rapidly. As for the Unorthodox spy perk, it would work in Halo, but I think a better perk description would be that it removes your radar signature for a 8-10 second window, stacks up to 3 times (max is 30 second window). In order for it to fit more into the 007 theme though, I would suggest that the perk grant you invisibility for 7 seconds on precision hits and having the gun equipped will grant any character an evade-like ability which only the Nightstalker has. This should be a stealth-based weapon. Cool concept though, even if I don't love sidearms!
