BUT.....they all disappear after the event is done. So sure....pay to win if you have 2 weeks to grind up everything you need to make these consumables matter....

Right...the only other things that stay are horrible light level masks, a fake pumpkin head, and a different spawn-in animation. Real pay to win there....
