I can agree with you on that haha. It isn't pay to win, but it is "pay for the chance to get gameplay oriented items that you don't want while searching for a cool mask". Another thing which isn't a big deal on its current state but definetely would be if at a larger level, is pay to progress. Complete the quests to earn your masks, or just buy them. Most people are fine with this system but I hate it.
