You can earn, say, a legendary gun in game. Doesn't mean they should be selling them. And before you day "that's totally different", the only difference is the value of the item. Glimmer consumables are basically worthless haha, but they are still gameplay affecting items, and since everyone is just defending bungie and there is little backlash, it will be pushed slightly further.
